These terms establish the operational and legal terms of engagement for Haryana Hospital. Bracketed entries represent configurable placeholders to be finalized by the hospital's legal advisors.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website of Haryana Hospital (located at https://haryanahospital.com) and/or downloading, installing, or registering on the Haryana Hospital Mobile Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our website or mobile application.
2. Scope of Hospital Management & Clinical Services
Haryana Hospital is a specialized healthcare center dedicated to clinical medicine and evidence-based chronic disease management. To support clinical operations, Haryana Hospital provides a digital Hospital Management System (HMS) and Patient Application facilitating patient registration, receptionist appointment booking, nursing triage and vitals capture, physician electronic medical records (EMR) and e-prescriptions, diagnostic pathology lab reporting, in-hospital pharmacy dispensing, blood bank inventory tracking, and centralized billing.
Services are delivered by registered medical practitioners headed by Senior Consultant Physician Dr. Hitender Sheoran in compliance with National Medical Commission (NMC) standards and the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines (2020).
3. Video Tele-Consultation Terms
Tele-consultations conducted via our website or mobile application are intended for chronic disease evaluation, report interpretation, lifestyle guidance, second opinions, and follow-up care. Patients acknowledge:
- Tele-consultation cannot fully replace in-person physical clinical examination when acute physical symptoms develop.
- The consulting doctor reserves the clinical discretion to advise an immediate in-person evaluation or diagnostic workup if red-flag signs are identified.
- Prescriptions issued electronically are digitally signed and valid under the NMC Telemedicine Practice Guidelines (2020).
4. Patient Accounts & Authentication
When creating an account on our mobile application, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration details. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and one-time verification tokens (OTP).
To request account deactivation and personal data erasure, you may submit a request at any time via our Account Deletion Portal.
5. Appointments & Cancellation Policy
Patients may schedule appointments online or via phone. Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled consultation slot by contacting our OPD desk at +91 87087 77648.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users of our website and mobile application agree NOT to:
- Submit fabricated, impersonated, or fraudulent health records or identity details.
- Attempt unauthorized access, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the hospital application infrastructure.
- Utilize automated crawlers, scrapers, or bot scripts against our appointment booking or deletion endpoints.
- Transmit abusive, defamatory, or unlawful communications to hospital medical or administrative staff.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All clinical articles, diagnostic protocol guides, diet plans, branding, logos, software code, and educational media displayed on the website and app are the exclusive intellectual property of Haryana Hospital and protected under Indian copyright and trademark laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
Haryana Hospital, its medical directors, physicians, and administrative staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from unauthorized third-party device access, network connectivity interruptions, or failure of patients to disclose critical underlying medical history or follow prescribed medical guidelines.
9. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate app account access if a user breaches these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or abuses communication channels.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or clinical services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Haryana, India.
